    16 feet canvas tent

    Our Canvas Edition tent rental package starts at $499 per night, plus tax and processing fees. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your rental date (plus tax and processing fees). Failure to dispose of trash, food, or beverages may result in a $100 cleanup fee.

    Package Inclusions

    All of our Canvas Edition tent rental packages include the following items:

    16 feet canvas tent with queen or 2 twin memory foam beds

    Plush decorative pillows (no sleeping pillows for sanitation reasons), sheets, and light blankets

    Rugs, bed tray, decor, dimmable twinkle tent lights

    Bluetooth speaker, small fan or heater (depending on weather) with extension cords

    Outdoor floral vases, custom name sign, and outdoor tent rug with shoe basket

    Drop off before 3pm and pickup before noon the next day

    Maximum capacity of 6 twins (if you don’t mind getting cozy)

    Delivery and effortless set and tear down within 30 miles of downtown Argyle, Texas

    Add-Ons

    Indoor movie theater (projection and screen): $55

    Air conditioner: $150

    Additional twin beds (includes memory foam twin bed, sheets, sleeping blanket, plush decorative pillows, and bed tray with decor): $50 per bed.

    8ft outdoor table (max seating 10) with rugs, cushions, chargers, goblets, and table decorations: $250

    6 twin memory foam beds with plush decorative pillows (no sleeping pillows for sanitation reasons), sheets, and light blankets

    Indoor movie theater (80+ inch projection & screen)

    Bluetooth speaker, small fan or heater (depending on weather) with extension cords

    Outdoor floral vases, custom name sign, and outdoor tent rug with shoe basket

    Drop off before 3pm and pickup before noon the next day

    Maximum capacity of 14 twins (if you don’t mind getting cozy, this arrangement would have to be without projection system to maximize floor space)

    Delivery and effortless set and take down within 30 miles of downtown Argyle, Texas
