Discovery & Event Planning

Every large event begins with a detailed planning consultation. We review your location, event dates, number of overnight guests, length of stay, accommodation needs and venue requirements to develop the right glamping village for your event.

Site Evaluation and Logistics

After your event is confirmed, our team evaluates the property, terrain, access points, utilities and available space. We then finalize tent placement and installation logistics with your venue or event team.

Delivery and Professional Installation

Based in North Texas, Texas Glamping Co. provides full-service delivery and installation throughout Texas, Oklahoma and select destinations. Our experienced team manages transportation, tent installation, interior furnishings and final event preparation.

Guest-Ready Accommoda-tions

Before your guests arrive, every tent is thoughtfully prepared and inspected. After the event, our team returns to handle complete takedown and removal, providing a seamless experience from beginning to end.
