What kind of tents are used? Texas Glamping Co. uses a stunning 16ft & our brand new 23ft cotton canvas bell tent. Our tents are durable, reinforced and weatherproof.
How many people can you accommodate for 16 ft canvas outdoor tent? 6 people depending on age and size. We will provide a queen bed OR 2 twins, but you can rent additional twin beds if needed.
How much space is needed for 16ft tent? The tent will need at least 16x16 plus and additional 2-3 feet for tension ropes. If you have any questions about your space, please let us know and send us a message. We would be happy to help!
How many people can you accommodate for 23 ft canvas outdoor tent? 10-12 people depending on age and size. We will provide 6 twins, but you can rent additional twin beds if needed.
How much space is needed for 23ft tent? The tent will need at least 23x23 plus and additional 2-3 feet for tension ropes. If you have any questions about your space, please let us know and send us a message. We would be happy to help!
Where can you setup camp? Generally, we can setup camp at any local or state-operated parks (you must make reservations under you name and info), private land, your backyard etc. We can provide multiple-tent throughout Texas (10 tent minimum, 2 night stay minimum).
What does Picnic add on include? 8ft table (max seating 10), rugs, cushions, chargers, and our table decorations. We do not provide plates or silverware. All parties are responsible for disposal of trash, food or beverage Failure to do so results in loss of cleanup fee.
Do you provide the food and alcohol with tent or picnic? No, we do not provide the food or alcohol. We are happy to recommend different companies to provide you with options like charcuterie boards and catering.
Can I just reserve the Picnic table only? We offer these tables as an add on to our clients who rent our tents overnight. So, we give them first priority. However, we will consider this on a case-by-case basis if they are available. This add on pricing is not applicable to table rent only so please ask about pricing and delivery.
Payment? We accept all major credit cards. You will be sent a link for payment options when booking.
Do you offer on-site park glamping? Yes, but reservation at campsites must be made by client and within our travel range of 30 miles unless otherwise discussed with us prior to booking… We have some great recommendations for local campsites Contact us .
What areas do you serve? We are currently serving the North Fort Worth. We do travel to Dallas, and surrounding areas for an additional delivery fee. Contact us for a custom quote if you are outside of these metro areas.
What exactly is mobile glamping? Backyard glamping literally! We will come and set up your tent before 3pm. Your “check out” the following morning by 10am. We will send you a quick text message when we are on our way for set up and down tear down.
What about COVID-19? Germs?! No thanks! We take all precautions of washing all linens and sanitize surfaces between each guest. In addition, we ensure distance and safety when dropping off and picking up.
Bedding? Speaking of bedding we do provide standard sheets, decorative pillows and light blankets. During cold fronts or winter, we highly suggest you use sleeping bags or heavier blankets. Also, for sanitary reasons we ask you bring your own sleeping pillow as well…
Is smoking permitted? NO. Please be aware that fire restrictions apply. Smoking inside our tents will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of starting at $500.
Is food or drinks permitted? ALL children need to have spill proof drinking cups! Adults please be mindful of this as you will be charged a cleaning fee if any stains occur during your rental. Treat the tent like it’s yours and be respectful of snacks and popcorn spills. We don’t want you carving a turkey in our tent in other words. Please be responsible and respectful of our property.
What kind of theater is provided? A wireless projector that will connect to your wifi to stream your favorite movies or show.
Can I reserve more than one tent? Yes of course! However, it also depends on availability. Please call for multiple tent arrangements!
What about this Texas weather? Storms? Our tents are 100% rainproof. If it is light rain we will set up as normal. However, if there is severe wind or lightening, we will need to reschedule your booking. Thus, reschedule dates are based on availability. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather but will happily reschedule you.
Water Sprinklers? While our tents are waterproof, we do not want them sprayed intentionally or soaked accidently by outdoor water sprinklers so be sure to turn them off before your scheduled glamping experience. PS- no one enjoys soggy socks while camping!
Pets? While we love our furry friends, we do not allow them inside our tents due to possible allergies with future guests. Please also be mindful while letting them outside. Cooper the friendly retriever might think the tent is a fire hydrant and we wouldn’t want that to happen! Oops! Another cleaning fee…
How can I prepare for my rental? Please ensure your sprinkler system is turned off the day of and the day before so grass is dry when we arrive. Also ensure your yard is free of pet waste matter. After that you literally just set back and relax as we set up and tear down.
Can I cancel my reservation? Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can receive a refund minus the deposit if you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date IF notified 7 days prior to your booking date.
What should I pack for my camp out? Two pairs of sensible shoes, layered clothing, your own pillow, rain gear, sunscreen, bug spray, headlamps, food, water, entertainment (card games, books etc.) and our course SMORES!
